Attorneys Title and Escrow has three current locations to service you and your customers.  In Tacoma off of 74^th, in Gig Harbor on real estate row off of Olympic Drive, and in the Puyallup Valley with more opening in the very near future.  While the name Attorneys Title and Escrow might be a new one to the market place we are hardly a newcomer to the business.  Started in the early 1980’s Attorneys Title and Escrow is the culmination of our President and Visionary’s direction that turned two powerful independent Escrow Company’s, Pierce County Escrow and McFerran Escrow, into a full service Title and Escrow Company steeped in history and tradition.

Edward M McFerran, President and Visionary, is an attorney whose professional practice focuses on real estate, business, and tax matters.  Mr. McFerran is the President of Attorneys Title of Washington, providing title and escrow services, the chancellor of McFerran University and teaches classed frequently as a licensed Real Estate Instructor in the State of Washington.  Mr McFerran is also the President and Managing Shareholder of Tax Deferred Exchange Services, Inc., a national Qualified Intermediary, and a Partner at McFerran and Burns PS.  Mr McFerran brings his vision and thirty-plus years experience, extensive knowledge, and commitment to the local real estate community to the fore in this one-of-a-kind family of company’s.
